I am very sorry to give this business 2 stars, since I love both Vera Botania & Dr Spiller (great European line, but it seems like the prices for these products keep getting more and more expensive!)
Haven't been in about 4 months & needed to go again, but I just got off the phone with someone there who very kindly reminded me that they operate Mon through Thurs only.
So it's nobody's fault that that will make it pretty much impossible for me to make it out there unless extra special arrangements are made... but seriously?? Mon through Thurs ??
To each their own I guess, I could just go to the website and order that way... oh, wait!
There is NO website for this business either :(
I guess I just don't understand the philosphy..schedule not flexible, website non-existent.. I hate to say this but I'll end up buying a different line of products, from somewhere else. With the existing competition in this industry, I think Dermasource should re-think things a little :)
