OASIS IS ONE OF THE FINEST BARS IVE VISITED IN LAFAYETTE. FROM GOING THERE ONCE A MONTH, IVE CHANGED IT UP TO GOING AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK. SURE THEY MAY HAVE HAD FIGHTS LIKE MOST BARS, BUT THIS BAR KNOWS HOW TO CONTROL THE PEOPLE & THE SECURITY IS GREAT. SOME DAYS THEY EVEN SERVE FOOD, VERY GOOD FOOD!!! THEY ALWAYS HAVE SOMETHING GOING ON- IF A D.J. ISN'T THERE THEN A BAND IS, AND IF NOT THAT, THEY ALWAYS HAVE MUSIC PLAYING FROM THE JUKEBOX. THE BARTENDERS?? YES KATHY THE RED HEAD WOULD HAVE TO BE ON TOP NOTCH! SHE'S ALWAYS QUICK AND VERY FRIENDLY. IVE SEEN HER HELP A FRIEND IN NEED MANY TIMES & CALL TIPSY TAXI'S FOR THE SUPER DRUNKEN PEOPLE. SOMETIMES SHE'LL EVEN COME EAT OUT AT MEL'S WITH US ALL. I RECOMMEND THIS BAR TO EVERYONE LOOKING TO HAVE A GOOD TIME WITH OUT TROUBLE.
Pros: THE BARTENDERS ARE DEFINATLY A PLUS AND WILL KEEP ME COMING BACK. SERVICE IS GREAT AND PRICES ARE RIGHT.
