Review content:
Ford of Kirkland is probably the worst dealership I have ever been to. DO NOT ever buy a used car from them. They lie about their inspection that they must get through in order to sell a car. 2 weeks after i bought the car from them i had to replace all rotors and pads of the break system. a couple months later came to find out that the AC clutch on the AC compressor is also missing. After calling them to talk to them about the problems of the car they ignored all of them and said that everything was fine when they sold the car. not to mention the fact that they are extremely rude when talking on the phone. Sales manager Walley and Eric are the two worst ones. DO NOT ever buy from them especially.
