I purchased an vehicle from them on no so favorable terms as my credit was not stellar they promised me that within 6 months if I made all my payments on time that I should be able to refinance the vehicle and get better terms even went so far as to tell me if I had any problems finding a place that would refinance to call them and they would help me. So sure enough after 6 months I tried with no luck so I started with emails to the two sales people that I had talked to when buying neither of them ever returned any of my emails, so then I tried calling left several messages never received a phone call back (tried both cell and work) for both gentleman neither even had the nerve to return a single message.
Needless to say worst service I ever went thru not to mention the fiasco at the time I purchased the vehicle with my ex-wife that they created.
