If I could give this place a negative star rating I would. This place has ruined my car buying experience. I wouldn't send my enemy to buy a car here. Please! Take heed to this warning before buying a car from these people! Sorry for the rant, and the book you are about to read. I recently purchased a used vehicle at this dealership and drove away a happy camper. That is until I drove the car to work the next day. There are now multiple issues with the car, issues that I called on the day after I purchased my car. The salesman that I worked with was very nice, sure bring it in and we will look at it. Phew, I took my car that weekend to be serviced and I was promptly turned away. They only work on fords at that shop. Fine, Why wasn't I informed of this before I took time out of my day to drive all the way there!? OK, schedule an appointment with ""their other shop?"" to look at my car. Phew again, WRONG! I call back two days before my new appointment to make sure the service would be covered since it had been a few weeks. In doing so I talk to a rude manager named Trista. The manager proceeded to inform me that they would do none of the work under their dime even though I had just purchased a car which I was assured at purchase was checked out and serviced before the sale. She continued to raise her voice at me and tell me that ""even if the engine blew up right after I drove away, they still would do nothing for me."" Then told me I should have bought a warranty. So its my fault, I should have known I was buying a defective car that would need maintenance right away. (the car only had 36,000 miles on it) If I would have known I would have bought the car down the street from the teenager who probably built the engine himself and now has raccoons living in it. Might be better off. Having said this, yes I should have purchased a warranty. I know things may go wrong with a used car. However, where is the customer service in this situation? Where is the quality at this dealership? How can a business operate selling cars with mechanical defects? Where is the pride in these peoples work? Obviously there is none. Its a shame too. Buying a car, new or used should be a happy and exciting experience. Mine from this particular dealership has turned into a nightmare.
