Review content:
Took my late-model Benz in because the air conditioner was blowing warm air. Was told that I needed a brand new hose, a new shifter, and new engine mounts. Quoted price was over $1500. Paid $300 for the diagnostic and took my car to a different Mercedes repair shop* instead, where they told me the air conditioner simply needed a new O-ring, NOT a new hose, and that the shifter was in perfect condition. New mechanic replaced the O-ring and engine mounts for $650.\r

Do NOT use these people--they make a killing ripping off unsuspecting Mercedes owners. The only reason they get a 1 rating is because they gave my husband a ride home after he dropped off the car.\r

*I'm not providing the name of the good repair shop lest this review sound like I'm shilling for them but I will leave them an excellent review.
Pros: Customer service ok (outside of repair shop, that is!)
