Review content:
This restaurant is simply out of the world when compared to the other Indian restaurants around. I have dined there several times since they opened. They did well on the following\r \r 1. Spice Route has unique flavors and sauces on its dishes. Food is authentic in taste. Most Indian restaurants use the same sauce and change the ingredients\r 2. Their south indian grill items are fabulous, especially their rice crepe - their masala dosa is too good!\r 3. The restaurant is clean and neat - most Indian restaurant do not seem to care much about hygene\r 4. The staff is very couteours, the owner dropped by several times and asked how everything was going\r 5. One thing that I liked about the place is that they cook Vegetarian and non-vegetarian food seperately. My parents loved it as they are vegetarians\r 6. Some of my favorite entrees - Idly Manchurian (Indo-Chinese), Chicken Mancurian (Indo-Chinese), Masala Dosa, Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Biriyani (awesome!!!), Lamb Sheek Kabab and Chai\r 7. Their buffet is the best in Seattle. There are lots of vegetarian items (if I can remember correct, more then 15?), around 6 Non-Vegetarian Items and a salad bar. All this for aound $9.00. \r 8. One area where they stand out is that welcome feedback and make efforts to fix it. \r
