This guy is a total bottom feeder. Dan made huge promises & once he got my money, he ignored my case to the point where I was at the mercy of the court. While speaking to Dan on the phone, when I respectfully inquired as to why he had done absolutely nothing that he told me he was going to do, he screamed and cursed at me for some time. I was shocked and dismayed that this individual had a license to practice law. All I can say is if you hire Dan Irvin, you will live to regret it.
