Let me tell you about my experience yesterday. I pull up and 2 Westchester police cars in the parking lot allegedly we had some assault yesterday at the gym. I proceed to the elliptical machines and it took 5 times to find one that had a working tv. The biggest issue with this gym is the lack of leadership. Poor customer service, broken equipment, and sanitary conditions of the restroom and the equipment. If I was to own a gym these are the 3 things I would make my focus to have a successful company. I have 3 months left of a 18 month pre paid contract and then I will be leaving.
