Businiess name:  Cha Do Spa & Salon

Review content:
Cha Do Spa & Salon is not a professional spa! Even though located inside the Hilton Antler's Doubletree Hotel in downtown, the Spa & Salon was very disappointing PERIOD@! The day started out well for my wife w/ a Swedish message and facial, but the afternoon was a disaster with unprofessionalism. First of all, the spa does not have a feel of a spa (it's wide open so you can see, smell, and hear everyone else in the spa). With the mgr typing in the background to radio station over the speakers, the Cha Do Spa is anything but relaxing - you can even hear conversations outside from the message rooms! Secondly, the employees working at the spa were not at the standards I expected at a Hilton (i.e. professional appearance, demeanor, etc.). People were walking around w/ drinks from their lunch in their hands and my wife said that she could even smell cigarettes on the employees! I believe this is UNACCEPTABLE! Finally, do I need to say more? DO NOT GO HERE unless you are looking for a sub-standard service in sub-standard spa... disappointing... Pros: Actual message, facial services Cons: Ambience, salon staff
