I lived in cross creek for a year and a half...im just going to list what went wrong...\r
my AC broke atleast once a week in the middle of the summer and i had to go without it for 5 days while it was 95 degrees outside\r
they have the biggest roaches i have ever seen, and when i brought it to their attention they told me all they want is water and that there was nothing they could do\r
i had the city out several times where they were found in code violation\r
their were huge fights in the parking lots\r
tons of drug dealers and deals being made every where\r
loud noise everynight\r
partying everywhere\r
i finally decided to vacate early bc of all of these things, turned over possesion of the property to them and they went on a month later when i moved out of state and filed an eviction on me which i was not aware of bc i was already moved out and in another state...\r
you could not pay me to live here, its full of scum bags and crappy old appliances, cheap carpet and the staff SUCKS!
Cons: bugs, poor staff, crime rate, crappy apartment
