Businiess name:  Parker's Barbecue

Review content:
I live in Raleigh but my grand parents live in Wilson and since a child I have been going to Parkers BBQ. As an adult I will drive 40 minutes out of my way to go to Parkers BBQ and I bring a crowd with me. There is something very relaxing and quaint about Parkers. It's nothing fancy on the inside but its like your grandma's house. Very nostalgic and southern surroundings. The BBQ is vinegar based (the only way it should be mind you) and the portions come in large or small. Now I can't eat BBQ without friend chicken so you might as well order family style so you can eat as much as you want. If you are by yourself or with a friend then get the combination dinner fried chicken and BBQ. Combination dinners come with corn stick or hush puppies (ask for butter) cold slaw (almost as good as grandmas) and your choice of two sides. The food is good and the service is southern. Most of the waiters who work there attend Barton college so you are in good hands. The bottom line is if you ever find yourself on 264 make sure you get off 301 and go to Parkers. It will knock your aunt Connie's socks off.
