Chris at Signature Escrow is fantastic!! I worked with her on a residential purchase of a 4-plex in 2007 with a very difficult seller. She made the transaction very smooth. She was easy to work with and very responsive to e-mails. I just went through the purchase of another property and dealt with another Escrow company (seller's choice not mine). The transaction has been fine but the level and quality of service from Chris and Signature Escrow was far superior. Highly recommend them
