My wife has a tooth broken off. She needed somone to remove it. We go to Citrus Hills dental and told them our needs. The receptionist made an appointment for us and we came to the appointment as scheduled. We were told there would be X Rays then a discussion about the options. My wife was told it needed to be removed ""DUH!"" thats why she was there in the first place. Then she was handed a referral and charged $50 and no x rays. Had we known that we would have spent the money at the place that would have done the work. I am our of work laid off for the 3rd time and my wife is disabled. We borrowed the money so she can get the work done and instead of spending borrowed money where it needs to be spent we wasted our money to be told to go somewhere else. Not appreciated at all. Now we have to go again and pay for another exam and get them to get it done. I will also ask the next doctor if they can even do the work before the exam is done.
