I went on the everglades tour and I was supposed to get picked up at my hotel, I ended waiting a really long time and I was getting frustrated, then after waiting a while I finally get picked up by my driver who couldn't speak a word of proper English, I later checked on the net for better tours in miami and found halfpricetourtickets(dot)com and their reviews were great and prices looked awesome, I'm definitely booking with them next time.
