I called her, and she initially did not remember.\r
\r
Then, when she did remember, said that she was going to be late.\r
\r
I asked her if she was even going to call because it was so late, and my clients were waiting for her and dropped everything to show their home.\r

She said, nevermind, I'm not coming.\r
\r
I told her that I thought that were very unprofessional and she left me in a bad spot with my clients. I had to tell them that they dropped everything to get home, put their dog in a secure location, etc... and now no one was going to show their home.\r

Her response? She hung up on me.\r

Not professional, or considerate. Very selfish people at this firm.\r

I would not trust them or do business with them ever.\r
