Review content:
This locksmith did not know whether he had the correct equipment. He did not mention that we needed to get the particular lock or make any suggestions. Nor did he say that there was a $75 service fee to take a look. We called back with the correct locks, and he want to pre-authorize our credit card. We did,(big mistake). Decided to do something else and cancelled. He had already taken out $200 in a pending transaction. We will now have to either dispute or get him to refund the transaction. I also cancelled the card.
