I wasn't that impressed with this salon. After seeing so many great reviews, I was convinced I was going to get a fabulous haircut. Instead, it was just ok. I also didn't really like that they send out emails requesting a Citysearch review in exchange for a discount on the next haircut. Although the email doesn't specifically request a positive review, it still encourages people to do that in order to get a very cheap haircut. I actually know a friend who did this just to get an extremely discounted haircut and then never returned again since this friend was also not really impressed. It makes me wonder how many of the reviews are skewed since I did not have the same great experience the other reviewes had.
