We have been a customer of Acxential Business Solutions since 2009. They have always been prompt in getting back to us on any questions about our phone system. However, when our phone system died one weekend, they really raised the bar in customer service. I called Geoffrey Hayden (company owner) on a Monday morning to report the problem. Geoffrey called back and said they would have someone in our office that afternoon to repair the system. Great! The best part of this story is that our office is in Austin and Acxential is in Addison. Geoffrey picked up the part, drove to Austin and had our phone system back up by 5:30, the same day I called. Geoffrey Hayden and Acential Business Solutions, we're your customers for life. Wow!
