When I first stepped into Evolution Trainers, I was impressed with the bright and airy space of the newly opened facility. The equipment is of the latest technology and there are no shortages of the varying new gadgets to get you fit and toned. A friendly group of highly qualified, professional trainers with extensive backgrounds is abundant at this gym. Over a year ago, I joined Evolution Trainers with a group of my good friends and it was one of the best decisions I made; it is a social outlet for us while getting fit -- we also save money by paying a group fee. Even though I am in a group of seven, workouts are personalized to each individual. Each training session is so well orchestrated by our trainer, Ashley, that we are working out continuously for the whole hour.
