Review content:
All the reviews below were written by Gil Garcia. Obviously, he's not too smart - writes half a dozen positive reviews on the same day (8/26) in order to ""hide' the negative review. Seriously, this company is a scam - just look at RipOffreport (and other places on internet) and you will see just how bad this company is. They never finished my project and left me with bad workmanship (pavers were substandard), used unlicensed electricians and plumbers (still paying for that myself). I happened to run into a contractor in Orange that Gil and Joe had used and he said he still hasn't been paid for 3 jobs and everyone is looking for them. They also switch names - from Joe Garcia Construction to Power Pavers to Advanced Construction. It is only a matter of time before the State Attorney shuts them down for good.
Once they have all your money, good luck trying to get either Joe or Gil to answer your call or return your messages. They are never at their office either. I think my next stop will be to their house.
