This place ripped me off, I went in to buy a camera cleaner and a memory card. They charged me for an item I asked a question about and they were packing it up I told them I didn't want to buy that and the dude tells me they can't issue a refund. I told them that there should be no refund needed since I didn't authorize them to charge my card for that, so the manager came out and said I just need to sign the slip and then they will issue the refund. I signed the paper and waited and the manager came back after I waited 10 minutes and told me they can't issue a refund at this time. I called AMEX in front of them, the people/immigrants that work here refused to talk to AMEX authorizations department to issue a refund and then they told me they don't do refunds only exchanges. I never authorized the charge in the first place but I was dumb enough to sign the slip since this is common practice at my store you need to sign the slip in order to issue a refund then sign the second refund slip. They are a rip off avoid at all costs!! It's be great if they just disappeared from Earth.
