Review content:
I have been using CVS Pharmacy for a few years now. I always seem to have a problem with them. They are one of the few pharmacies that carry my medication. Recently I dropped my prescription off at the 24 hour CVS Pharmacy in Annapolis Maryland on the way home from work in the morning. I work night shift so this pharmacy is very convenient for my hours. They called me about an hour later to inform me that they only had a partial refill to give me until the next day. Another hour later they called me to say that they had none of the medication. I then called the CVS in Edgewater to see if they had the medication in stock. I was very specific with what I needed. They informed me that they did have this medication. I had the pharmacy fax over the prescription. Later that evening on the way to work I stopped at the pharmacy to pick up the prescription. The tech looked everywhere for my bag then typed my information in the computer. She said ""Oh, someone didn't call you to inform you that we do not have this medication."" I replied No, and explained that I called that morning and told her what they said. She said well we are getting the medication in tomorrow. I was very upset since I confirmed with them that morning. The following morning I came home from work and went to sleep. I woke in the evening and headed to the pharmacy. It was 6:00pm on the dot. The gates had been pulled but there were still people behind the counter. I asked the lady since it was just 6:00pm and they close at 6:00pm could I pick up my prescription. She would not even look at me and yelled out that her register was closed and she couldn't help me. Because of their mistake the first morning I now was without my medication for 3 days. That did not seem to concern her! She was concerned with leaving work. There is a lack of professionalism and kindness. This technician did not think twice about turning me away. This is always the treatment that I seem to get from these pharmacies. I will be researching other pharmacies that carry my medication and WILL NOT be returning to CVS.
