I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one. I only have high praises to say about my experience with Malibu Auto Repair (502 Coney Island Avenue Brooklyn, NY 11218). I was apprehensive about purchasing a used luxury vehicle from a different state that needed to be shipped to the other side of the country, but the experience was pain free. Val Avracen (718-633-0030) and his staff are consummate professionals and they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable through the entire process; in fact Val often anticipated my concerns and addressed them beforehand. Val even went out of his way by taking before and after pictures of the entire process because I had him do some cosmetic repairs. The price he charged me for the repairs was extremely fair. Val also went out of his way to be as accommodating to the trucking carrier to try to lessen my shipping costs. He also ensured that a thorough inspection report was done on the vehicle to protect my interest with the car carrier. Val is very honest, fair and accommodating. I would highly recommend Val and Malibu Auto Repair to anyone looking for a vehicle to purchase or is in need of car repairs. Honestly, I would say Val is likely one of the last truly honest car repair/sales person around. -Mea (Tacoma, WA)
