Review content:
I just recently saw izabella_leah's review for this place and I cannot believe that anyone would say that about this amazing restaurant other than someone who works for the Dam Bistro. I live in the area and have visited both restaurants many times, Tangled up in Blue much more than the Dam Bistro, only because the Dam Bistro was closed for a year because they could not make it work. Yes the prices are high at Tangled up in Blue but you get what you pay for when it comes to this restaurant, the food is out of this world, and if anything, in the last four months I would say the food has improved. The only thing that the Dam Bistro has going for them is that they use ""all organic"" which is great if only they knew what to do with it. Oh and the ambience is nice if the kitchen staff isn't swearing at the heaping pile of dishes that build up on the kitchen island. Well if you know anything about good food you will just try it for yourself. So back the Tangled up in Blue, the seafood selections are outstanding, I would highly recommend the Walleye Cakes, the sauce with them is to die for. Everytime I have friends or family in town this is the place I take them, I make sure we all get something different and we all sample each others food, it is so much fun and I love it because my guests are always impressed. If your looking for a great night out and a wonderful experience from start to finish, this is the place to go. Oh and you won't get over the decor there, it is very BLUE. Pros: Menu options, great decor, fun and lively staff Cons: location, but its worth it
