Review content:
We turned away a delivery from Southgate Wallboard last week and then today erroneously received a lean on our house for drywall materials supposedly purchased from Southgate Wallboard. We are not remodeling and I refused the materials at the time they tried to deliver them. Our address is close to the coorect one the delivery needed to go to. When I called BMDA (who sent the lean) they said it was Southgate's clerical error of the wrong address. I contacted Southgate and spoke to their office manager, JENNIFER NIELSON. THE CONVERSATION WAS A NIGHTMARE! She was RUDE, DISMISSIVE, COMPLETLY DIDN'T CARE, SAID IT WAS NO BID DEAL IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME! I would never trust this company or do business with them and if your looking for wallboard ... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY GET THE DELIVERY CORRECT AND KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE! MS. NIELSON WAS APPAULING IN HOW SHE HANDLED (OR DISMISSED) THE SITUATION. Good luck to you Southgate with employees like Ms. Nielson ... I would have talked to someone else but she said, ""There's no body else here, Lady, and I'm like an owner too.""
