I have lived here in Amanda Place for 3 years . Saddly their will not be a 4th year., We started our search today. This comes at a time that we are happy with the apartment, but not so happy with what is going on with the parking situation. There seems to be a disconnect between common courtisey and bulling. I am fed up with the lack of courtisey among our fellow residences and the Management. The Management does not care if someone is not playing by the rules. We have asigined parking. I am sick of Management and the fact that they refuse to deal with this issue in a fact based role. I am also sick on my fellow residences thinking that they can get away with murder where it comes to parking. 3 or 4 cars for one family is way to much. and visitors is another problem. This life is way to short to be dealing with this isssue on a regular basis. \r
The apartment is lovely but the problems that come with it. Not so much.. There should be a sticker on each car telling which apartment they are in. So when an infraction does come up we will know who to deal with. Debbi needs to take part in this process because she is part of the problem and hasnt been part of the solution for quite some time.. Also if you need your toylet taken care of that will take 3 day. Because they dont believe they should take care of that either.
