I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life. I was speaking to the manager as well. He explained how he had a great life, drove a brand new corvette, and basically could care less about my 900 dollars worth of work. Everything began when I merely questioned the extent of work that needed to be done to my car. A customer has the right to question anything they want, especially when it involves close to $1000 dollars. He constantly called me by my first name as if to be snotty and rude. He even began asking me where I worked. I have never spoken to this man in my life, he had no right to ask me these questions and I almost felt in danger. I have a decent amount of mechanical knowledge, and he questioned that as well. I remained calm and respectful until I felt personally disrespected without any remorse from him. I also told him early on that I had even recommended others to the shop before, but never will I again. AVOID this shop by all means. I will never step foot in another Tuffy.
