this business is very unprofessional and rude. Spoke to them several times on the phone before driving out there, never told that I had to pay in CASH ($360.00), then said that if I just wanted to pay $125 I could sign my title over to them. Give me a break. I asked if we could get the car towed to our home today and was told that would be another $65.00 and they weren't sure if it could get done today - there were 4 tow trucks in their lot at the time...I called another tow truck co., that we have used in the past and had them get his car. It was a little more $(75) but it was well worth it. They wouldn't even let my son get his stuff out of the car until we paid them. We did not call this business, my son was in a car accident and I think the police dispatcher called them. Never use this business...
Cons: facility very dirty, unprofessional attitude, expensive
