I had friends over and we ordered from Dolce Vita . ice cream and 4 cones.
They are about 10 blocks from my house. When the delivery came , there were no cones. I called the manager /owner to let him know and his response was,""what would you like me to do?"".My response was, ""well, I;d like the cones"" and his response was,""Do you mean you expect me to send a driver back to your house just to deliver 4 cones?!"" and I said ""yes"" and he hung up on me.
bviously he has no clue what customer service is.
I never went back.
There is an excellent late night gelato place, with better gelato on 71st miami beach.
Id rather drive then gpo back to this place.
