Review content:
I got a new job in Sacramento (downtown) but didn't want to live there. I searched all over the Sacramento area and decided on Folsom or El Dorado Hills. I was in a hurry as I was living in a hotel room temporarily. The two young girls (20-23yrs old) are drop dead gorgeous of course but also made me feel welcome. I took possession of the keys in 24 hours. I moved in last night and found the heater didn't work and the back door wouldn't lock. Thankfully the fireplace kept me warm and being on the 3rd floor, no-one was going to break in. I informed the office today and before sundown both were fixed. The apt has brand new carpet and is spotless clean. The shower has great water pressure which coming from Vegas is a real treat!\r

Pros: Breathtaking views from balcony, clean, quiet, reasonably priced
