HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
just plain out, they dont care at all about you. you could be dying and they could care the least.
I was snowboarding one day and i flipped out realllyy badly on the hill, i got a horrible concussion and i was screaming in pain. i forgot my friends names for a while and i broke my tail bone. while sitting there calling out for help, there are a bunch of workers sitting around the lift just talking and talking and one worker just sitting there watching me.
at the end of it all, not a single worker helped me get back down. my friends and i used my snowboard as a stretcher and slowly slid me down the hill. we stayed there for about an hour untill we could get our group together. we left immediately with 3 accidents. me, my brother who couldnt stop on the black diamond because they decded not to GROOM the ice, so he just slid into a concrete table and tried to jump over it but it hit him right in the shins, and it broke. another friend fell as well in the park and cut a huge gash wide open in his hand. OH and by the way, they dont have any doctors on sight. we luckily brought one of our friends dads along and he is a doctor. he ended up telling all of the people what to do with them and how to get them all fixed up. they would have had no clue what to do. the wrapping up and stuff like that was great no thanks to sunburst. THEY BETTER NOT CHARGE US FOR THE BROKEN TABLE.
to conclude, they dont groom the ice properly, they dont help you at all if you are completely and obviously injured, and they dont even know how to help when you are taken in for help.
all in all, i dont trust this place, and i wouldnt trust this place for any kid. dangerous, and no help.
