Review content:
Ordered pizza here about a month ago for the first time. Thought the pizza was ok, but we had to wait 30 minutes longer than they had estimated. Service was bad then but....\r

I thought I would give it another try, this time ordering pasta. NEVER AGAIN! I came to pick up our entrees and literally stood in the waiting area for 10 minutes without a single acknowlegement that I was there. My food was waiting but everyone had something better to do than service the clients in the front. 3 people, including the ""manager"" came to the front to check the computer, took some phone calls, complained - but said nothing to the people in front. Then the manager rang a friend up and continued to prepare food without washing his hands.\r

I finally got helped by a clueless cashier whose only words to me was my total and how much change I got back. No- can I help you, thanks for coming, sorry for the wait, nothing.\r

So bad it was laughable.\r

Don't even get me started on the food. CRAP. Pasta was so overcooked it was mush. I think there was an attempt to put chicken in the parmigiana, but it was brown and nasty, so I'm not sure what it was. My kids wouldn't even eat the raviolli, they said it tasted ""really bad"". What kid won't eat cheese raviolli!?! That pretty much says it all.\r

The other good reviewers must be relatives or employees of this restaurant. Don't waste your good money at this place.\r
