GOD I wish i could give this place no stars. Had packages dropped off there and was told that they would ship fedex ground. I filled out a slip and wasn't told that i would prepay for ground instead of it posting to my fedex account. So the f*&^ers, instead of calling me (as they said they would if any problems were to occur) to run my card for fedex send it overnight at a overall cost of 230 dollars to me. Then when i call they won't even help and refuse to take responsibility for their bull&@#t. stay away from these idiots.
This is soooo typical of service within much of the french quarter. They don't care about service at all. They're just lazy twats that think they can have your money anyway.
