Initially, I had a negative experience with this company. However, David contacted me first thing this morning and was extremely pleasant to speak with. He sent Jose to my business premises to take a look and see what was going on with the AC that they installed in July 2011. After researching, they found that it was the coil. It was frustrating that a coil that was less than 6 months old already needed to be cleaned, when they were supposed to ""seal"" the unit so that minimal amounts of dirt and hair could reach the coil. Because of my frustration, they offered a coil cleaning at a discount and provided me with a warranty for 1 year. After my experience today, I feel as though they were able to compromise and ultimately satisfy me, the customer. I have faith that the future experience with this company will be pleasant...
