I am posting this as an update to a previous post...Although there was much insanity and miscommunication in the beginning, the customer support that both my husband and I received was second to none. Morty :) was as sweet as pie and did everything above and beyond for me from seeing that our tech was in route to calling back the following day to make sure things were as they should be. Morty listend to my tangets and really seemed to understand my frustrations. When all was said and done, the problem was fixed, exactly as it should have been. We requested the same tech and that was just who came out (right on time) to install our new thermostat. Adam was also very patient, explaining to me over the phone while I was at work, what was done and why it needed to be done. Morty and Adam single handedly brought me back to ""happy customer status"". Sometimes all it takes is a kind, gentle word to diffuse a situation (we all know how we get living in FL and having NO AC!) and send a happy customer on their way. Cool Air needs to make Morty and Adam very happy, giving them the moon if requested, as they are the customer service backbone of this company! Thank you again Morty...You really are the best :)
