a month ago my tenant took it upon herself to call coolairusa for an advertised price of $18 for checking on exhaust fan.\r
colairusa found mold in the vents and Tony the a/c guy decided to charge her $305 for cleaning and removing the mold and that i should installed a UV light for $450 plus labor. they also told her it would be under warranty for 1 year.\r
3 weeks later tenant complained of mold coming out of the vents..i called rey, the receptionist who informed me that a supervisor would call me back,,,as of today 10 days later no phone calls back..after reading the reviews from that company i decided to swallow the cost and moving on.\r
i finally called a company that i knew and trusted who cam e over and were discusted to see and showed me what terrible job that coolairusa did..there was dust and mold in the a/c unit and in the vents...like nothing was ever done before.\r
i had the UV light instaledl by those new guys for $320 plus another $100 for recleaning the vents and the unit //vents..\r
DO NOT USE COOLAIRUSA that company also had 39 complaints at the better Business Bureau..\r
please do your home work , don't trust them or the so call good reviews\r
