Review content:
I found this company online and their service fee seems to be low compared to the other A/C service company. But the price of the part is way too high than the others. This Monday, I called this company and their technicians came to repair my A/C. After they opened the outside unit, the guy told me that I need to replace the capacity, the relay and add a booster. They asked for the price of these parts for $750. In fact, there is nothing wrong on the relay and also there is no need for the booster. I told them that I am going to replace the whole units and all I want to do is to just make the motor running. In the end, I asked them to just replace the capacity and they charged me for $275. That is way too high than the other guy charged me before. In fact, the price of the capacity if you purchase online is around $50. Since I am going to replace it, I also asked them to give me the price of the new unit. Apparently, their price is about 20% higher than American Service. I just felt being robbed off.
After the guy replaced the capacity, the compressor started to work. The guy immediately asked me for the money and leave. I asked them if they can spend 5 more minutes to prove the air is cooling. The guy felt impatient and said they need to go for other customer. If I did not pay them immediately, they would remove the capacity and leave the A/C broken again. I am so mad that first they tried to ask you to replace the parts you don't need. Then they were going to frighten me again for the broken A/C. They are the worst professional workers I have ever met. So, if you decide to choose them, just be careful whom you are going to deal with.
