Review content:
We had the same issues with this company. Took many phone calls from this company and finally agreed to let them clean the carpet and rug. The guy shows up in a pick up that is not marked with company logo, and had a small canister with cleaning solution. He had to use MY vacuum cleaner as he did not even have one in his truck. Very unprofessional! I was told I would be charged for a ""special"", and thought it would be about $300, but it wound up being $800! I was told the owner or president would not talk to me - spoke to a lady instead who said she was hired to handle these kinds of situations. I have a dispute with my credit card company over this. I have also turned them in to the BBB. DO NOT use this company, They need to be out of business!
