Review content:
I hired 24/7 to manager my property and I was asked to sign 6 month agreement with this company. This company was not responsive to landlord;s inquiry, and you always have to talk to an answering machine. At the end I have to fire 24/7 since I've been try to get in touch 24/7 for a 2 weeks without getting any response!.
24/7 has no experience in dealing income property accounting. and the monthly statement 24/7 generated were very questionable. From time to time the ending balance from last month would be different than the beginning balance of next month. 24/7 would refuse to explain why there's accounting irregularity.
Rent disbursement was late (around 16th-23rd of the month) and I almost always receive only 1/3 or 1/4 of total rent collected since 24/7 would make excessive repair bills every month and 24/7 would deduct all repair bill incurred before disbursing the rent to me.
Toward the end of the term my property was mostly neglected by 24/7, and yet repair bills were piled up. I have to hire some other property management company to take over even before the 6 month term was over.
To sum up this company has no integrity, principle and was totally unprofessional. I would not recommend it.
