I am very saddened by the way people choose to attack a so very wonderful, caring, extremely talented, heartfelt, hardworking and dedicated women who puts her heart and soul into every single case she accepts and devotes herself and her time to correct injustice and is an exceptional attorney I do feel for those poor confused people who rather than see the problem or work to fight for and earn justice, not just expect someone to magically make it go away!!! Just because they pay an attorney they apparently have no faith in or even know what to expect from her or what she needs to do her job. But are blinded to the absolute FAIRNESS, ACCURACY, DETAILED. I reached Trupiano Law asked the basic ?,s how much, what do I do etc. I was very pleasantly spoken to by her wonderful staff member Laticia, who honestly, the calmness and surety in her voice as she told me""let me put you on hold"" assured and calmed me, within seconds Kimberly Trupianos voice came on the line, I started to explain to her my situation and she listened very attentively and processed every detail I said, then asked me, when we were done speaking, ""I suggest you (whether I retained her or not), sit down take deep breaths and very thoroughly write everything that u remember, every detail while it was fresh in your mind down on paper"" I agreed. Then she told me that she really wanted to help me, not just legally but mentally, spiritually she was so caring i could not believe how passionate she was with me myself, my wellness, my well being just as much as I felt she would be with my case, which the decision of her taking it hadn't been spoken at that time. I explained to her that I was disabled and on a very low fixed income, we spoke for over an hour by then I felt deep in my heart that this was my answer not just to the resolution of the legal issues I had called for. But an actual person that instilled in one phone call (FOR WHICH I WAS NOT CHARGED A PENNY!!!) hope in my heart and the reality that if we sat down mapped out a plan to really deeply find the core issues that were causing me to continue these ongoing behaviors and why, that I could be something. I really thought I was hopeless and a lost cause, I felt so inspired that I actually realized I could be the person I deserved to be and I could overcome and be the wonderful person god intended. I now had faith that life and living was not to just exist but actually live and achieve dreams i thought were unattainable!!! I just needed to want this enough to work very hard the only one in the world that could realize these patterns seek the appropriate help, advice, receive the treatment, therapy and proper diagnoses in order to chemically right my self learn to love myself and focus on who I am now not the mistakes i made in the past. Let go of the pain, and guilt. That had been holding back and learn that the only possible person that could ever change my behaviors. And begin a life looking forward positively making the right choices and getting the results i wanted by doing so! All I needed was the resources and someone to have faith, point the way and care. And that person was Kimberly Trupiano!!! I inquired and asked other attorneys in her same field what they thought of her and each one responded Kimberly Trupiano is an amazing attorney I would absolutely recommend her, although she cost more she is well worth it, very detailed well researched everything so clear there is no wasting the courts or taxpayers money! I then retained her payment arrangements were so fair. She IS THE BEST ATTORNEY, MY CASE IS NOW OVER, AND SHE DELIVERED EVERYTHING SHE HAD SAID AND MORE!!! Not only did we win, I became a new person, and am so very happy with my life, Thank You Kim so very much\r
