I took in a new 2011 Jetta TDI to get tint, Venture Shield (clear bra) and the Matrix Micro coating.
Right from the start they were very professional and you can tell that they really believe in their products and are proud of their work. It's always nice to find people that value doing a job right.
When deciding between which shop to take the new car to; Metropolitan was pretty much the most expensive advertised price. However, now I have no doubt that the difference in the quality of their work far exceeds a few dollars savings from going to a less expensive shop. In fact, just having the job done so well from the start means I'm not wasting time having to follow up with complaints.
The other big win is the no hassle free loaner car. It's just one less thing that I didn't have try and figure out while being without a car for a couple of days. Which brings me to my last point... They really worked with me to figure out exactly what I wanted up front and then delivered what they promised. They ended up getting me my car back a day sooner than expected and had to do more work correcting paint flaws (that the dealer added from improper cleaning).
These guys were friendly, professional and passionate about quality. I strongly recommend them to anyone getting this kind of work done to their car. The difference in cost is not that much and is more than made up for by their quality.
