Movers had minimal tools, even when was advised would need them to take apart items. I had to provide some of them. Third worker was a new guy, and useless. I advised the company they would need to move large heavy items, take off doors on house and they just were not prepared at all, even though owner said they would be prepared. They did their best for what they knew how to do being uninformed (and inexperienced), of what they had to move by the owner, but begged me not to tell owner of damages, as the man doing the moving would have to pay for them, and that they don't make a lot of money working for the mover. What does one do with 3 men standing in your house and they say that? Company advertised takes credit cards and announced not accepting any credit cards any longer just days before the move, that someone cheated him, leaving it a short notice to find someone else, yet when asked for more time was not very happy and said ""bad timing, that he has a special crew lined up""...some special crew. Owner advertised wraps items when called, but movers didn't want to do it, and said there is a surcharge for it, that was not disclosed. I did report one damage, that was repaired, as it was vital, and I was told the man moving the item would have to pay for it...I complained, so the owner paid and he can do the collecting. There is more, but too much to detail here. It took 2.5 hours longer than the estimate and I left things out of the move listed on the estimate. I don't recommend doing a computer estimate as owner touts as so good.and accurate. Overall a very incorrectly estimated, expensive, bad experience. I would not recommend this company.
