Robert is friendly and explained over the phone the prices and options. Came on time, and didn't tell me ""you need an upgrade, it will cost you more"". Price was just what he had told me. He didn't charge extra because the size of two big rooms.
The carpet wasn't very dirty, so it was not a difficult job to do. I was satisfied, and if I need to clean again I will call him again.
Oh, and he could come the next day after I called, so no long waiting.
