Quoted Upfront price and paid exactly as quoted. Free Spot and Stain Removal. They really did work on the stain and some were removed(surprisingly). Really took his time working on the carpet. I like that. Price is very competitive. I have a half million dollar house with some really expensive carpets and R&R did good job cleaning them. Professional working manners. Crew arrived 16 minutes early. Which is excellent. Moreover, it's a small company, which is what I like, so they can concentrate on you as the primary client and not restrict to other bull$hit rules.
