as a consumer i was very pleased to find a company that talks the talk and walks the walk. they delivered what they promised me over the phone good carpet cleaning at a reasonable price. the friendly service along with the money back guarantee sold me on this company. the fact that it is a local family owned company is a plus because if there were every any problems i feel that it would be resolved fairly quickly.
Pros: reasonable pricing
Cons: took some time remove some stains
