LIKE MOST PEOPLE TODAY-WE WERE HAVING TROUBLE BUYING A HOUSE TODAY. AFTER CLOSING COST AND DOWN PAYMENT-WE HAD NO MONEY FOR NEW CARPET. MY REALTOR TOLD ME ABOUT LIKE NEW AGAIN. SHE GAVE ME A GIFT CERTIFICATE FOR THE BIGGEST OR DIRTIEST ROOM IN OUR HOME. WE DECIDED ON OUR FAMILY ROOM. IT WAS FULL OF OLD PET STAINS FROM THE PREVIOUS TENANT-WHO FOUND HOMES FOR RESCUE DOGS. THEY PERFORMED A BLACK LITE TREATMENT TO FIND ALL THE STAINS. THEY ACTUALLY GLOWED WHEN THE BLACK LITE WAS SHOWN ON THEM. THEY THEN MECHANICALLY STEAM CLEANED THIS 17 YEAR OLD CARPET. THE ROOM LOOKED ABOUT 3-4 YEARS OLD. I GOT THE REST OF THE PLACE CLEANED - 7 ROOMS AND 2 STAIRCASES IN ALL - FOR ABOT 380.00. THIS WAS ABOUT 7% OF THE COST OF NEW CARPET. I GOT A FOLLOW-UP CALL THE NEXT DAY TO MAKE SURE THE JOB WAS DONE WELL. BOY WAS IT. WILL USE THEM SOON FOR MY DUCT WORK. IT IS FULL OF DOG HAIR.
