Businiess name:  Fritz & Franz Bierhaus Ft. Lauderdale

Review content:
One of the things I like about going out to eat is the feeling that you're being transported to a place far away from home. Fritz & Franz Bierhaus more than satisfies that need for me. The first time I walked into the place, it reminded me of a restaurant I ate in just outside of Salzburg, Austria. The atmosphere is only the beginning of this Bavarian adventure. My being from Italy makes me very critical of foods from other countries. Typical German fare always seemed very bland to me until I visited Austria and realized that the Austrians seem to take the best of the Italian and German dishes and create a unique blend of both.....The Bierhaus takes that blend to the next level and by the end of the evening you're smacking your lips with delight. I've eaten there twice so far and plan to go back regularly. The beer and wine complement the foods perfectly and the service could not be any better. I felt pampered on both occasions with a kind of old world charm and graciousness....My compliments to everyone involved in this great operation. They've only been open a very short time and so I can only imagine that this will become a gastronomical favorite for South Floridians....
