Review content:
As an owner of a BP home, I would be extremely reluctant to recommend this builder to anyone. My initial inquiry was addressed very quickly, as was the ""not my problem"" response. Unless you are having the home built, have the time to follow each sub-contractor through each phase of building (they are the ones blamed), willing to do repairs at your own expense, hire an expert to inspect the ""finished"" product, and are willing to accept that there will be no responsibility taken by BP for ANY future problems with your ""new"" home, then I would keep shopping for a builder to build your dream home. As we all know, there are still Builders out there that feel that their homes are a DIRECT reflection of their company....whether the home is new...or 4 years old.
