Review content:
I have been involved with school districts all over PA and I have to say that this one is political in the extreme. The level of education and the teachers are, for the most part, GREAT! The volunteers and parents are pretty good too. But...the school board is treated a bit too well and members are allowed to flaunt their power, their children being allowed special priviledges, even IN FRONT of other children who are not afforded the same. Very frustrating. It seems that in the area of Erie, in order to get a good education for your child you have to put up with such baloney. Pros: level of education Cons: politics
